This policy explains what information Queen City Exotics collects through this website and when you rent from us, and how we use it. Queen City Exotics is a DBA of QCE Rentals LLC, an Ohio company.
What we collect
- When you send a booking request: your name, phone number and email, your rental dates, whether you want pickup or delivery, your delivery address if you give one, the occasion, and anything you write in the message box.
- When you book: a driver's license for each driver, proof of insurance, payment details, and your signature on the rental agreement and liability release form.
- During your rental: the car's mileage at pickup and return, and any reports of accidents, damage, tickets or tolls.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and confirm your booking.
- To check that every driver meets our rental requirements.
- To take payment, and to place and release your security deposit.
- To deliver and pick up the car.
- To handle damage, tickets, tolls and fees from your rental.
- To keep the rental and mileage records our insurance company requires.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only when it's needed for your rental:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), the service that delivers booking requests from this website to our email.
- Payment services, to process your payment and deposit hold.
- Our insurance company and insurance broker, for coverage, claims and audits.
- Police, courts, or toll and ticket agencies, when an accident, ticket or toll involves your rental.
- Anyone else we're required by law to share it with.
Cookies and outside services
This website doesn't use cookies, ads or tracking analytics. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address. The company that hosts this website may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages visited.
Links to Instagram take you to Instagram, which has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and rental records for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet insurance, tax and legal requirements. We don't keep requests that never become a rental any longer than we need to.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or email system is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you by calling, texting or emailing us. We may need to keep some records, like signed agreements and insurance records, when the law or our insurance company requires it.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
